「感覚えいご（English by Heart）」（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社フランリベル（英語表記：FranLiber Inc.、以下「当社」）が提供します。当社は、利用者（お子様および保護者の方）のプライバシーを最優先に考え、本アプリを必要最小限の情報しか扱わない設計で開発しています。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。

※ 本ポリシーは本アプリ専用です。当社ウェブサイトの利用に関するプライバシーの取り扱いは、別途 当社ウェブサイトのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

1. 収集しない情報

• アカウント登録・ログインはありません。
• 広告は表示しません。第三者の広告SDK・解析SDK・トラッキングは使用しません。
• 学習の記録（進み具合、覚えたことば、学んだ日など）を当社のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
• 位置情報、連絡先、写真、カメラにはアクセスしません。

2. マイクと音声認識

• 「言ってみよう」「ロールプレイ」では、マイクで話した英語を聞き取ります。聞き取りは iPhone・iPad の中（Apple の端末内音声認識）だけで行い、音声や文字起こしを当社や第三者へ送信しません。
• 話した声は録音ファイルとして保存しません。
• マイクの利用は、iOS の設定でいつでもオフにできます。

3. 端末に保存する情報

• 使う人ごとの名前（ニックネーム）・どうぶつ・年齢の区分・表示の設定と、学習の記録は、端末内にのみ保存されます。
• 本アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータは削除されます。使う人を消すと、その人の学習の記録も消えます。

4. 不具合の報告（任意）

保護者の方が設定で「不具合報告ボタン」をオンにし、保護者の確認（かけ算）を通ったうえで送信した場合に限り、次の情報を当社へ送ります。送信には、フォームの送信サービス Web3Forms を利用します。

• 不具合の種類と、入力された内容（自由記述）
• メールアドレス（入力した場合のみ。返信のためだけに使い、対応が終わったら削除します）
• 画面の場所、直前に再生した音声の番号、アプリと iOS のバージョン、機種名、設定（年齢の区分・説明の文字）

名前（ニックネーム）や学習の記録は送りません。自由記述には、お子様のお名前などの個人情報を書かないでください。

5. 新しいバージョンの確認

新しいバージョンがあるかを確かめるため、1日に1回程度、Apple の App Store の公開情報（本アプリのバージョン番号）を取得します。このとき個人を特定する情報は送りません。

6. 通知

保護者の方が設定で許可した場合に限り、毎日の学習のおしらせと、週に1回の「今週のがんばり」を、端末内の通知（ローカル通知）でお知らせします。通知のために当社のサーバーを使うことはありません。

7. 課金（アプリ内課金）について

• 「English by Heart プラス」（サブスクリプション・買い切り）の購入は、Apple（App Store）の決済システムを通じて行われます。
• クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を当社が受け取ることはありません。
• 購入画面は、保護者の方が確認する画面（保護者ゲート）の内側でのみ開けます。

8. お子様のプライバシー（児童のプライバシー保護）

• 本アプリは小さなお子様の利用も想定し、「集めない・共有しない・追跡しない」を基本方針としています。
• 課金・設定・外部サイトへのリンク・不具合の報告は、保護者ゲートの内側に限定しています。
• 13歳未満のお子様の情報を、保護者の方の同意なく収集することはありません。お子様の情報について確認・削除をご希望の場合は、下記までご連絡ください。

9. 第三者への提供

当社は、利用者の情報を第三者に販売・提供・共有しません。ただし、不具合の報告の送信には第三者のサービス（Web3Forms）を経由します。

本ポリシーは、法令の変更や本アプリの改善に伴い、改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

"English by Heart" (Japanese title: 感覚えいご, the "App") is provided by FranLiber Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). We place the highest priority on the privacy of our users (children and their parents/guardians), and the App is designed to handle only the minimum information necessary.

Note: This Privacy Policy applies only to the App. For our corporate website, please see the separate privacy policy on our website.

1. Information we do not collect

There is no account or login, no ads, and no third-party analytics or tracking. Learning progress is never sent to our servers. The App does not access location, contacts, photos, or the camera.

2. Microphone and speech recognition

In speaking activities, the App listens to the English you say. Recognition happens only on the device (Apple's on-device speech recognition); audio and transcripts are not sent to us or to third parties, and recordings are not saved. You can turn off microphone access in iOS Settings at any time.

3. Data stored on the device

Each learner's nickname, avatar, age group, display settings, and learning progress are stored only on the device. Deleting the App deletes this data; deleting a learner deletes that learner's progress.

4. Bug reports (optional)

Only when a parent/guardian turns on the bug report button in Settings and sends a report after passing the parental gate, the App sends the following to us via the form service Web3Forms: the type of problem and the text entered; an email address (only if entered, used only to reply and deleted after we respond); the screen location, the IDs of recently played audio, the App and iOS versions, the device model, and settings (age group and text mode). Nicknames and learning progress are not sent. Please do not include a child's name or other personal information in the text.

5. Update check

About once a day, the App retrieves the App's public version number from Apple's App Store to check for updates. No personally identifiable information is sent.

6. Notifications

Only if a parent/guardian enables them in Settings, the App shows a daily learning reminder and a weekly summary as local notifications. No server is used.

7. In-App Purchases

Purchases of "English by Heart Plus" (subscriptions and the lifetime purchase) are processed by Apple (App Store). We do not receive payment information. The purchase screen can be opened only behind a parental gate.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is designed with young children in mind. We do not collect, share, or track. Purchases, settings, external links, and bug reports are placed behind a parental gate. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent. To review or delete information about your child, please contact us.

9. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, provide, or share user information with third parties, except that bug reports are transmitted through a third-party form service (Web3Forms).
