「みずどけい（Ebb）」（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社フランリベル（英語表記：FranLiber Inc.、以下「当社」）が提供する iPhone・iPad 用のアプリです。朝の支度などのルーティンをステップに分け、残り時間を「減っていく水」として見せるタイマーで、親子でも大人ひとりでも使えます。当社は、利用者（保護者の方とお子様、大人の利用者）のプライバシーを大切に考え、本アプリを「情報を集めない」設計で開発しています。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。

1. 収集しない情報

  • アカウント登録・ログインはありません。
  • 本アプリは当社のサーバーと通信しません。入力した内容や使い方の記録を当社が受け取ることはありません。
  • 広告は表示しません。第三者の広告SDK・解析SDK・トラッキングは使用しません。
  • 位置情報、連絡先、カメラ、マイクにはアクセスしません。

2. 端末に保存する情報

次の情報は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます（ウィジェット・ロック画面の表示のため、端末内のアプリ間共有領域〔App Group〕も使います）。

  • プロフィール（名前・大人／子どもの区分・なかま〔キャラクター〕・色などの表示の設定）
  • プロフィールの写真（任意）：システムの写真ピッカーで選んだ1枚を、丸く切り抜いて小さくしたものだけを保存します。写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセスは求めません。
  • ルーティンとステップ、実行の記録（終わった時刻、予定より早かった／遅れた時間など）、シール、アラーム・通知・BGM・なきごえなどの設定

本アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータはすべて削除されます。プロフィールを削除すると、そのプロフィールのルーティンとシールも削除されます。

3. 「話して作る」（端末内の AI）

「話して作る」に入力した文章は、Apple Intelligence の端末内モデル（Foundation Models）で、端末の中だけで処理してステップと時間に分けます。文章が当社や第三者へ送られることはありません（対応機種のみ）。

4. 通知・アラーム・ロック画面の表示

  • ステップの終わりや出発の時刻は、端末内で予約する通知（ローカル通知）と、AlarmKit によるアラームでお知らせします。通知・アラームのために当社のサーバーを使うことはありません。
  • 実行中のルーティンは、ロック画面と Dynamic Island（ライブアクティビティ）に表示されます。表示内容は端末の中で作られます。
  • 通知・アラームの許可は、iPhone・iPad の「設定」アプリでいつでも変更できます。

5. 端末の傾き（モーションセンサー）

実行画面では、水やなかまを端末の傾きに合わせて動かすため、表示中に限りモーションセンサーの値を使います。この値はその場の表示にだけ使い、保存も送信もしません。

6. 課金（アプリ内課金）について

  • サブスクリプション（年額・月額）と買い切りの購入は、Apple（App Store）の決済システムを通じて行われます。
  • クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を当社が受け取ることはありません。購入の状態は、Apple の StoreKit を通じて端末内で確認します。
  • 子どものプロフィールを使っているときは、購入画面は保護者の方の操作（保護者ゲート）のあとでのみ開けます。「承認と購入のリクエスト」を使っている場合は、Apple のしくみで保護者の方の承認を待ちます。

7. お子様のプライバシー（児童のプライバシー保護）

  • 本アプリは、保護者の方とお子様がいっしょに使うことを想定しています。お子様の情報を含め、当社は利用者の情報を収集しません。
  • 子どものプロフィールを使っているときは、設定、ルーティンの編集・削除、大人のプロフィールへの切り替え、購入を、保護者ゲート（長押し）の先に置いています。
  • プロフィールの名前や写真は端末の中だけに保存されます。必要に応じて、ニックネームや写真なしでもお使いいただけます。

"Ebb" (Japanese title: みずどけい, the "App") is an iPhone and iPad app provided by FranLiber Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). It is a routine timer that breaks routines such as getting ready in the morning into steps and shows the time left as draining water. It can be used by parents and children together, or by adults on their own. We care about the privacy of our users, and the App is designed not to collect information.

Note: This Privacy Policy applies only to the App. For our corporate website, please see the separate privacy policy on our website.

1. Information we do not collect

There is no account or login. The App does not communicate with our servers, and we never receive what you enter or how you use the App. There are no ads and no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The App does not access location, contacts, the camera, or the microphone.

2. Data stored on the device

The following is stored only on your device (an on-device App Group is also used so the widget and Lock Screen can show your routine): profiles (name, adult/child, buddy character, colors and other display settings); an optional profile photo — a single photo you choose with the system photo picker, cropped to a circle and downscaled (the App does not ask for access to your photo library); routines and steps, run records (finish times, how far ahead or behind you were), stickers, and settings for alarms, notifications, background music, and voices. Deleting the App deletes all of this data. Deleting a profile also deletes that profile's routines and stickers.

3. "Describe it" (on-device AI)

Text you enter in "Describe it" is processed only on your device by Apple Intelligence's on-device model (Foundation Models) to turn it into timed steps. It is never sent to us or to third parties (supported devices only).

4. Notifications, alarms, and the Lock Screen

The App uses local notifications scheduled on the device and alarms via AlarmKit to tell you when a step ends or when it is time to leave. No server is used. A running routine is shown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island (Live Activity), generated on the device. You can change notification and alarm permissions at any time in the Settings app.

5. Device tilt (motion sensor)

On the run screen, the App reads the motion sensor only while the screen is shown, so the water and buddies move as you tilt the device. These readings are used only for the live display and are never stored or sent.

6. In-App Purchases

Subscriptions (annual and monthly) and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple (App Store). We do not receive payment information; purchase status is checked on the device through Apple's StoreKit. While a child profile is in use, the purchase screen opens only after a parental gate. If Ask to Buy is used, purchases wait for a parent's approval through Apple.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for parents and children to use together. We do not collect any information from users, including children. While a child profile is in use, Settings, editing or deleting routines, switching to an adult profile, and purchases are behind a parental gate (press and hold). Profile names and photos stay on the device, and you may use the App with a nickname or without a photo.
