この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社フランリベル（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「Okami: Japan Manners」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。本規約に定めのない事項は、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）に従います。

1. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、日本を訪れる方に向けて、食事・温泉・神社とお寺・電車・街なかでのマナー、店員さんに見せるフレーズ、地域ごとのルールをご案内するアプリです。内容は一般的な目安であり、すべての店・施設・地域に当てはまることを保証するものではありません。

2. 地域のルール・罰金について（重要）

  • 地域のルール・罰金・料金の情報は、表示している確認日の時点で当社が確認したものです。条例や施設の決まりは変わることがあります。
  • 本アプリの情報は法的な助言ではありません。現地では、掲示・係員・自治体の公式情報を優先してください。

3. 免責

  • 当社は、本アプリの利用により利用者に生じた損害（罰金・料金、施設の利用を断られたこと、その他の損害を含みます）について、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
  • 当社の過失（重大な過失を除きます）により利用者に損害が生じた場合でも、当社が責任を負う範囲は、通常生じうる直接の損害に限られ、その額は、利用者が当社に支払った本アプリの利用料金の額を上限とします。
  • 当社は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、すべての端末・OS で正常に動作すること、不具合がないことを保証しません。

4. Japan Trip Pass（買い切り）

  • Japan Trip Pass は一度の支払いで、すべての場面・フレーズ・地域のルールが使えるようになる買い切りの購入です。サブスクリプションではなく、自動で更新されることはありません。
  • 購入・支払いは Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。ファミリー共有に対応しています。機種変更などのときは「購入を復元」で再び使えるようになります。
  • 返金は Apple の定めに従います。

5. 本規約の変更

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

6. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "Okami: Japan Manners" (the "App") provided by FranLiber Inc. ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. Matters not covered here are governed by Apple's Standard EULA.

1. About the App

The App guides visitors to Japan through manners for dining, onsen, shrines and temples, trains and streets, phrase cards to show to staff, and local rules. The content is general guidance; we do not guarantee that it applies to every shop, facility, or area.

2. Local rules and fines (important)

  • Information on local rules, fines, and fees reflects what we confirmed as of the "last checked" date shown. Ordinances and facility rules can change.
  • The App does not provide legal advice. On site, always follow posted signs, staff, and official local government information.

3. Disclaimer

  • Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of the App, including fines or fees, being refused entry to a facility, or any other loss.
  • Where we are liable due to our negligence (other than gross negligence), our liability is limited to direct damages that would ordinarily arise, up to the amount you paid us for the App.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will fit your particular purpose, work properly on every device and OS version, or be free of defects.

4. Japan Trip Pass (one-time purchase)

  • Japan Trip Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks all scenes, phrases, and local rules. It is not a subscription and never renews automatically.
  • It is purchased and paid for through Apple's App Store and supports Family Sharing. On a new device, use "Restore Purchases" to unlock it again.
  • Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.

5. Changes

We may change these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
