「オクスリッチェ（Okusuricchee）」（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社フランリベル（英語表記：FranLiber Inc.、以下「当社」）が提供する iPhone 用のアプリです。お子様のお薬を朝・夜などのタイミングごとに飲ませたかを記録し、家族で共有するためのアプリです。当社は、利用者（保護者の方とそのご家族）のプライバシーを大切に考え、本アプリを「当社が情報を集めない」設計で開発しています。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。

※ 本ポリシーは本アプリ専用です。当社ウェブサイトの利用に関するプライバシーの取り扱いは、別途 当社ウェブサイトのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

1. 収集しない情報

• 当社のアカウント登録・ログインはありません。
• 当社はサーバーを持たず、本アプリは当社のサーバーと通信しません。入力した内容や記録、使い方の情報を当社が受け取ったり見たりすることはありません。
• 広告は表示しません。第三者の広告SDK・解析SDK・トラッキングは使用しません。
• 位置情報、連絡先、カメラ、マイク、写真にはアクセスしません。

2. 本アプリで扱う情報と保存場所

本アプリでは、次の情報を扱います。

• お子様の名前（ニックネームでもかまいません）
• お薬のタイミング（朝・夜などの名前、時刻、食前・食後などの表示、利用者が入力したお薬の名前）と、お知らせの時刻
• 記録（飲ませたかどうか、記録した時刻、記録した人の呼び名〔「ママ」「パパ」など、利用者が決めたもの〕）

これらは、お使いの iPhone の中と、利用者ご自身の iCloud（Apple の CloudKit のプライベートデータベース）に保存されます（ウィジェットの表示のため、端末内のアプリ間共有領域〔App Group〕も使います）。iCloud への保存は Apple のサービスを通じて行われ、当社が内容を閲覧・取得することはできません。

3. 家族との共有（iCloud の共有）

• 家族を招待すると、上記の情報は Apple の iCloud の共有（CloudKit の共有）を通じて、利用者が招待した方とだけ共有されます。共有されるデータは、招待した方の iCloud に保存されます。
• 招待のために入力した相手の電話番号またはメールアドレス（相手の Apple アカウントのもの）は、相手を探すために Apple（iCloud）にだけ送られます。当社には送られず、当社が保存することもありません。
• 共有の参加者には、記録した人の呼び名と記録の時刻が表示されます。
• 共有をやめると、招待された方はそのデータにアクセスできなくなります。

4. 通知・Siri・ウィジェット・コントロールセンター

• 決めた時刻までに記録がないときのお知らせは、端末内で予約する通知（ローカル通知）で行います。通知のために当社のサーバーを使うことはありません。通知の許可は、iPhone の「設定」アプリでいつでも変更できます。
• Siri、ウィジェット、コントロールセンターからの記録や表示は、Apple の App Intents を使って端末の中で処理します。

5. 情報の削除

• 本アプリで記録やお子様を削除すると、iCloud からも削除されます。
• iPhone の「設定」アプリ →（お名前）→「iCloud」→「ストレージを管理」から、本アプリのデータを削除することもできます。
• 本アプリを削除しても、iCloud のデータは残ります。完全に削除したい場合は、上記の方法で iCloud のデータも削除してください。

6. 課金（アプリ内課金）について

• PRO のサブスクリプション（年額・月額）と買い切りの購入は、Apple（App Store）の決済システムを通じて行われます。
• クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を当社が受け取ることはありません。購入の状態は、Apple の StoreKit を通じて端末内で確認します。

7. お子様の情報について

• 本アプリは保護者の方が使うためのアプリです。お子様の名前や記録は、保護者の方の端末と iCloud、および保護者の方が招待した方との間でのみ扱われ、当社は収集しません。
• 必要に応じて、ニックネームでお使いいただけます。

8. 第三者への提供

当社は利用者の情報を収集しないため、第三者に販売・提供・共有することもありません。

"Okusuricchee" (Japanese title: オクスリッチェ, the "App") is an iPhone app provided by FranLiber Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). It lets parents record whether they gave their child's medicine at each timing (morning, evening, etc.) and share those records with family. We care about the privacy of our users (parents and their families), and the App is designed so that we do not collect information.

Note: This Privacy Policy applies only to the App. For our corporate website, please see the separate privacy policy on our website.

1. Information we do not collect

There is no account or login with us. We have no servers, and the App does not communicate with our servers; we never receive or see what you enter, your records, or how you use the App. There are no ads and no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The App does not access location, contacts, the camera, the microphone, or photos.

2. Information the App handles and where it is stored

The App handles: children's names (nicknames are fine); dose timings (names such as morning or evening, times, labels such as before or after meals, and any medicine names you enter) and reminder times; and records (whether a dose was given, when it was recorded, and the nickname of the person who recorded it, such as "Mom" or "Dad," chosen by the user). This information is stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud (Apple's CloudKit private database). An on-device App Group is also used so widgets can show it. iCloud storage is provided by Apple, and we cannot access its contents.

3. Sharing with family (iCloud sharing)

When you invite family members, the information above is shared through Apple's iCloud sharing (CloudKit sharing) only with the people you invite. Shared data is stored in the inviter's iCloud. The phone number or email address of the invitee's Apple Account that you enter to send an invitation is sent only to Apple (iCloud) to look up that person; it is never sent to or stored by us. Participants can see the nickname of the person who recorded each dose and when. When sharing is stopped, invited people can no longer access the data.

4. Notifications, Siri, widgets, and Control Center

Reminders when a dose has not been recorded by the set time are local notifications scheduled on the device; no server is used. You can change notification permission at any time in the Settings app. Recording and viewing from Siri, widgets, and Control Center are processed on the device using Apple's App Intents.

5. Deleting information

Deleting records or children in the App also deletes them from iCloud. You can also delete the App's data in the Settings app > your name > iCloud > Manage Storage. Deleting the App does not delete data in iCloud; to remove everything, also delete the iCloud data as described above.

6. In-App Purchases

PRO subscriptions (annual and monthly) and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple (App Store). We do not receive payment information; purchase status is checked on the device through Apple's StoreKit.

7. Children's information

The App is intended for use by parents. Children's names and records are handled only on the parents' devices and iCloud and with the people the parents invite; we do not collect them. You may use a nickname.

8. Sharing with Third Parties

Because we do not collect user information, we do not sell, provide, or share it with third parties.
