「感覚えいご（English by Heart）」をご利用いただきありがとうございます。英語だけのアニメで、訳さずに英語の「感じ」をつかむ、親子のための英語アプリです。よくあるご質問をまとめています。

つかいかた

  • ホームの ▶ を押すと、その日のレッスン（約5分）がはじまります。終わると、マップのミアが次の場所へ進みます。
  • 前に学んだ場所をタップすると、もう一度見られます。
  • 使いかたは、設定（保護者の確認のあと）の「つかいかた」からいつでも見られます。

マイク（言ってみよう・ロールプレイ）

  • 声は端末の中だけで聞き取り、保存も送信もしません。
  • 「マイクが オフに なって います」と出る場合は、iPhone の「設定」アプリ →「感覚えいご」→「マイク」をオンにしてください。アプリ内の案内ボタンからも開けます。

保護者ゲート・設定

  • 右上の ⚙️ から、かけ算の答えを入力すると設定を開けます。説明の文字（なし・ひらがな・漢字）、話す速さ、BGM、毎日のおしらせ、がんばりの きろく などを変えられます。

無料の範囲と購入について

  • 無料：レベル1の 01〜07 と、レベル2〜10 の各 01〜03 の単元。
  • 「English by Heart プラス」で、10の しま・200の単元がすべて使えます。年額 9,800円（はじめての方は3日間無料）、月額 2,000円、買い切り 29,800円（いずれも税込。価格は App Store の表示が優先されます）。ファミリー共有に対応しています。
  • サブスクリプションは自動更新です。解約は iPhone の「設定」アプリ →（お名前）→「サブスクリプション」から、更新日の24時間前までに行ってください。
  • 機種変更や再インストールのあとは、設定の「購入を復元」から復元できます（同じ Apple ID でご購入の場合）。
  • 返金のご希望は Apple のサポート（reportaproblem.apple.com）へお願いします。

データ

  • 学習の記録は端末の中にだけ保存されます（アカウントはありません）。アプリを削除すると記録も消えます。

Thank you for using "English by Heart", an English-learning app for parents and kids that teaches English by feel through English-only animations, without translation.

How to use

Tap ▶ on the home screen to start today's lesson (about 5 minutes). When you finish, Mia moves to the next place on the map. Tap earlier places to watch them again. The guide is available anytime from Settings (behind the parental gate).

Microphone

Speech is recognized only on the device and is never saved or sent. If you see "Microphone is off", turn on Microphone in the Settings app → English by Heart.

Free content and purchases

Free: units 01–07 of Level 1 and units 01–03 of Levels 2–10. "English by Heart Plus" unlocks all 200 units on all 10 islands: ¥9,800/year (3-day free trial for new subscribers), ¥2,000/month, or ¥29,800 lifetime (tax included; App Store prices prevail). Family Sharing is supported. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings after reinstalling. For refunds, please contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Data

Learning progress is stored only on the device (no account). Deleting the App deletes the progress.
