本規約は、株式会社フランリベル（以下「当社」）が提供する「みずどけい（Ebb）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。お子様がご利用になる場合は、保護者の方が本規約をご確認ください。

1. 本アプリについて

• 本アプリは、朝の支度などのルーティンをステップに分け、残り時間を「減っていく水」として見せるルーティンタイマーです。親子でも、大人ひとりでも使えます。
• iOS 26 以降の iPhone、iPadOS 26 以降の iPad で利用できます。「話して作る」は Apple Intelligence に対応した機種でのみ使えます。

2. サブスクリプション・買い切り

• 年額プラン（無料トライアルつき）、月額プラン、買い切りをご用意しています。料金と無料トライアルの期間は、購入画面と App Store に表示されるものが適用されます。ファミリー共有に対応しています。
• サブスクリプション（年額・月額）のお支払いは Apple ID に請求されます。無料トライアルの終了、またはそれぞれの期間の終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動で更新されます。無料トライアル中に解約した場合、料金はかかりません。
• 解約は、iPhone・iPad の「設定」アプリ →（お名前）→「サブスクリプション」、または本アプリの設定から行えます。
• 買い切りは一度のお支払いで、追加料金なく継続して利用できます。
• 子どものプロフィールを使っているときは、購入画面は保護者ゲートの先でのみ開けます。

3. 購入の復元・返金

• 同じ Apple ID であれば、本アプリの設定の「購入を復元」で復元できます。
• 返金は Apple の規定に従います（reportaproblem.apple.com）。

4. 通知・アラームについて

本アプリの通知・アラームは、iPhone・iPad の設定（通知・アラームの許可、集中モード、消音など）や端末の状態（電源・故障など）によっては、鳴らない・遅れることがあります。遅刻の防止や、重要な予定・服薬・安全にかかわる用途には、本アプリだけに頼らないでください。

5. 本アプリの位置づけ

本アプリは時間の見通しを立てる手助けをするものであり、医療機器ではありません。病気や障害の診断・治療・予防を目的としたものではありません。

6. データ

ルーティンや記録などのデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。端末の故障・紛失・アプリの削除などにより記録が失われた場合、当社は復元できません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

7. 免責

当社は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害（通知・アラームが鳴らなかったこと、記録の消失などを含みます）について、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。

8. 規約の変更・準拠法

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更でき、変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms govern your use of "Ebb" (Japanese title: みずどけい, the "App") provided by FranLiber Inc. ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If a child uses the App, a parent/guardian should review these terms.

1. About the App

A routine timer that breaks routines such as getting ready in the morning into steps and shows the time left as draining water, for parents and children together or for adults on their own. Requires iOS 26 or later on iPhone, or iPadOS 26 or later on iPad. "Describe it" is available only on devices that support Apple Intelligence.

2. Subscriptions and lifetime purchase

We offer an annual plan (with a free trial), a monthly plan, and a lifetime purchase. The prices and trial length shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store apply. Family Sharing is supported. Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current period; canceling during the free trial incurs no charge. Cancel anytime in the Settings app > your name > Subscriptions, or from the App's settings. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no additional charges. While a child profile is in use, the purchase screen is behind a parental gate.

3. Restore and refunds

Use "Restore purchases" in the App's settings with the same Apple ID. Refunds follow Apple's policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. Notifications and alarms

Notifications and alarms may not sound, or may be delayed, depending on your device settings (notification and alarm permissions, Focus, Silent mode, etc.) and the device's condition (battery, malfunction, etc.). Do not rely solely on the App to avoid being late or for important appointments, medication, or safety-related purposes.

5. Nature of the App

The App helps you see and plan your time. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or condition.

6. Data

Routines, records, and other data are stored only on the device. We cannot restore data lost due to device failure, loss, or deletion of the App. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, including notifications or alarms that did not sound and loss of data.

8. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; changes take effect when posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
