本規約は、株式会社フランリベル（以下「当社」）が提供する「オクスリッチェ（Okusuricchee）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 本アプリについて

• 本アプリは、お子様のお薬を飲ませたかどうかを、朝・夜などのタイミングごとに記録し、家族の iPhone で共有するための記録・リマインダーのアプリです。決めた時刻までに家族のだれも記録していない場合は、通知で一度お知らせします。
• 家族との共有には、Apple の iCloud（iCloud の共有）を使います。共有するには、参加する方それぞれが iCloud にサインインしている必要があります。

2. 医療上の判断について

本アプリは服薬の記録とお知らせのための道具であり、医療機器ではなく、医療上の助言を行うものではありません。お薬の量・飲むタイミング・飲み忘れたときの対応などは、必ず医師・薬剤師の指示に従ってください。体調の変化や判断に迷うときは、医療機関にご相談ください。

3. サブスクリプション・買い切り（PRO）

• 「PRO」として、年額プラン（無料トライアルつきの場合があります）、月額プラン、買い切りをご用意しています。料金と無料トライアルの有無・期間は、購入画面と App Store に表示されるものが適用されます。ファミリー共有に対応しています。
• PRO では、2人目以降のお子様の登録、ウィジェット、コントロールセンター、Siri が使えます。
• サブスクリプション（年額・月額）のお支払いは Apple アカウントに請求されます。無料トライアルの終了、またはそれぞれの期間の終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動で更新されます。無料トライアル中に解約した場合、料金はかかりません。
• 解約は、iPhone の「設定」アプリ →（お名前）→「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
• 買い切りは一度のお支払いで、追加料金なく継続して利用できます。

4. 購入の復元・返金

• 同じ Apple アカウントであれば、本アプリの設定の「購入を復元」で復元できます。
• 返金は Apple の規定に従います（reportaproblem.apple.com）。

5. 通知について

本アプリの通知は、iPhone の設定（通知の許可、集中モード、消音など）や端末の状態（電源・故障・通信など）によっては、届かない・遅れることがあります。お薬を飲ませることを、本アプリの通知だけに頼らないでください。

6. 家族との共有

• 家族を招待すると、お子様の名前・お薬のタイミング・記録（記録した人の呼び名と時刻を含みます）が、招待した方の iCloud に保存され、招待された方と共有されます。招待する相手は、ご自身の責任で選んでください。
• 共有をやめると、招待された方はそのデータを見られなくなります。

7. データ

データは端末内と、ご自身（共有している場合は招待した方）の iCloud に保存されます。端末の故障・紛失・アプリの削除・iCloud の状態（サインアウト、容量不足など）により記録が失われたり同期されなかったりした場合、当社は復元できません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

8. 免責

当社は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害（通知が届かなかったこと、記録の消失や同期の遅れ、飲ませ忘れ・重複などを含みます）について、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。

9. 規約の変更・準拠法

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更でき、変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These terms govern your use of "Okusuricchee" (Japanese title: オクスリッチェ, the "App") provided by FranLiber Inc. ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. About the App

A record-and-reminder app for parents to note whether they gave their child's medicine at each timing (morning, evening, etc.) and share those records between family members' iPhones. If nobody in the family has recorded a dose by the time you set, the App sends one follow-up notification. Sharing with family uses Apple's iCloud (iCloud sharing); everyone who takes part must be signed in to iCloud.

2. Not medical advice

The App is a tool for recording doses and sending reminders. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist regarding dosage, timing, and what to do if a dose is missed. If you notice changes in your child's condition or are unsure what to do, consult a medical professional.

3. Subscriptions and lifetime purchase (PRO)

"PRO" is offered as an annual plan (which may include a free trial), a monthly plan, and a lifetime purchase. The prices and any free trial shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store apply. Family Sharing is supported. PRO unlocks a second and additional children, widgets, Control Center, and Siri. Subscription payments are charged to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current period; canceling during the free trial incurs no charge. Cancel anytime in the Settings app > your name > Subscriptions. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no additional charges.

4. Restore and refunds

Use "Restore purchases" in the App's settings with the same Apple Account. Refunds follow Apple's policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).

5. Notifications

Notifications may not arrive, or may be delayed, depending on your device settings (notification permission, Focus, Silent mode, etc.) and the device's condition (battery, malfunction, connectivity, etc.). Do not rely solely on the App's notifications to give medicine.

6. Sharing with family

When you invite family members, your children's names, dose timings, and records (including the nickname of the person who recorded and the time) are stored in the inviter's iCloud and shared with the people invited. Please choose whom to invite at your own discretion. When sharing is stopped, invited people can no longer see the data.

7. Data

Data is stored on the device and in your own iCloud (or, when sharing, in the inviter's iCloud). We cannot restore data that is lost or fails to sync due to device failure, loss, deletion of the App, or iCloud status (signed out, storage full, etc.). See our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, including notifications that did not arrive, loss of records or sync delays, and missed or duplicated doses.

9. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; changes take effect when posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
