「みずどけい（Ebb）」をご利用いただきありがとうございます。朝の支度などのルーティンをステップに分け、残り時間を「減っていく水」で見せるタイマーです。よくあるご質問をまとめています。

つかいかた

  • ルーティンを選んで「開始」を押すと、ステップごとに画面の水が少しずつ減っていきます。ステップが終わったら「完了」を押して次へ進みます。
  • ルーティンは、テンプレートから選ぶほか、自分で作ったり、「話して作る」で文章から作ったりできます（「話して作る」は Apple Intelligence に対応した機種のみ）。
  • 実行中のルーティンは、ロック画面と Dynamic Island にも表示されます。

アラーム・通知が鳴らないとき

  • 標準では、各ステップの終わりは通知で、最後のステップはマナーモードや集中モード中でも鳴るアラームでお知らせします。ステップごとの方法は、設定の「おしらせ」で変えられます。
  • iPhone・iPad の「設定」アプリ →「Ebb」で、「アラーム」と「通知」がオンになっているかご確認ください。アプリ内の案内からも開けます。
  • 集中モード中も通知を受け取るには、通知の「即時通知（Time Sensitive）」をオンにしてください。通知はマナーモード中はバイブレーションのみになります。
  • 端末の電源が切れているとき、アプリを削除・再インストールしたときなどは、予約したアラーム・通知は鳴りません。

家族で使う（みんなでボード）

  • 設定の「プロフィール」で、大人・子どものプロフィールを追加できます。プロフィールごとに、ルーティン・なかま・写真（任意）を設定できます。
  • 「みんなで」から、家族みんなで同じ画面を見ながら進められます。いっしょに使えるのは、iPhoneは4人まで、iPadは6人までです。
  • 子どものプロフィールを使っているときは、設定・ルーティンの編集や削除・購入の前に、保護者ゲート（長押し）が表示されます。

音（BGM・なきごえ）

  • BGM（標準ではオフ）となかまの「なきごえ」は、設定でオン・オフできます。
  • BGM となきごえは、マナーモード中や、ほかのアプリの音が鳴っているときは鳴りません（アラームはマナーモード中でも鳴ります）。

購入について

  • 年額プラン（無料トライアルつき）、月額プラン、買い切りがあります。料金とトライアルの期間は、購入画面と App Store の表示をご確認ください。
  • サブスクリプションは自動更新です。解約は、iPhone・iPad の「設定」アプリ →（お名前）→「サブスクリプション」、または本アプリの設定の「サブスクリプションを管理」から、更新日の24時間前までに行ってください。
  • 機種変更や再インストールのあとは、設定の「購入を復元」から復元できます（同じ Apple ID でご購入の場合）。
  • ファミリー共有に対応しています。ファミリー共有のグループのメンバーは、それぞれの端末で「購入を復元」をお試しください。
  • 返金のご希望は Apple のサポート（reportaproblem.apple.com）へお願いします。

データ

  • ルーティン・記録・プロフィールの写真などは、端末の中にだけ保存されます（アカウントはありません）。ほかの端末へは引き継がれません。
  • プロフィールを削除すると、そのプロフィールのルーティンとシールも消えます。アプリを削除すると、すべてのデータが消えます。

Thank you for using "Ebb" (Japanese title: みずどけい), a routine timer that breaks routines such as getting ready in the morning into steps and shows the time left as draining water.

How to use

Choose a routine and tap Start; the water drains as each step's time passes. Tap Done to move to the next step. Create routines from templates, build your own, or use "Describe it" to make one from a sentence (devices that support Apple Intelligence only). A running routine also appears on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Alarms or notifications don't sound

By default, each step ends with a notification, and the last step rings as an alarm even in Silent mode and Focus. You can change this per step in Settings > Alerts. In the Settings app > Ebb, make sure Alarms and Notifications are allowed (the App can also take you there). To receive notifications during Focus, turn on Time Sensitive notifications; in Silent mode, notifications only vibrate. Scheduled alarms and notifications will not sound if the device is off or after the App is deleted and reinstalled.

Family use (family board)

Add adult and child profiles in Settings > Profiles; each profile has its own routines, buddy, and optional photo. With "Together", the whole family can follow the same screen: up to 4 people on iPhone and up to 6 on iPad. While a child profile is in use, a parental gate (press and hold) appears before Settings, editing or deleting routines, and purchases.

Sound (background music and voices)

Background music (off by default) and buddy voices can be turned on or off in Settings. They stay quiet in Silent mode and while other audio is playing (alarms still ring in Silent mode).

Purchases

An annual plan (with a free trial), a monthly plan, and a lifetime purchase are available; see the purchase screen and the App Store for prices and the trial length. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in the Settings app > your name > Subscriptions, or via "Manage subscription" in the App's settings. Use "Restore purchases" in Settings after changing devices or reinstalling (same Apple ID). Family Sharing is supported; family members can tap "Restore purchases" on their own devices. For refunds, please contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Data

Routines, records, profile photos, and other data are stored only on the device (no account) and are not transferred to other devices. Deleting a profile also deletes its routines and stickers; deleting the App deletes all data.
